Events, Workshops and Trainings
EVENT REGISTRATION
Stephanie Mitchell facilitates workshop, training or events which provide professional development and training for individuals and groups. Workshops, training and events may occur online or in person as shown in the event details.
For online workshops, training or events, participants who cannot attend the event or training live may be able to receive a recording of the event for later viewing. Not all workshops, trainings and events will be available as recordings, and any recordings may be available for a limited period only.
The full workshop, training or event registration fee applies for participants who wish to receive the recorded event or training. Participants should speak to the event organiser if you would like to consider this option.
Event Registration fees are inclusive of GST.
ATTENDEE CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend an event, a replacement delegate may be sent in your place at no extra charge. Notification must be made in writing and received prior to the workshop, training or event commencing.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop, training or event you have registered for, the following applies:
Up to 14 days prior to the commencement of the workshop, training or event
- Option to receive a recording of the workshop, training or event (if available), or
- A credit of your full registration fee which can be used for future event(s), workshops or training, or
- We will refund your full registration fee less an administration fee (per attendee) of AU$20 (GST inclusive)
Between 7- 13 days prior to the commencement of the workshop, training or event
- Option to receive a recording of the workshop, training or event (if available), or
- A credit of your full registration fee which can be used for future event(s), workshops or training, or
- We will refund your 50% of your registration fee less an administration fee (per attendee) of AU$20 (GST inclusive)
Less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the training or event
- Option to receive a recording of the event or training (if available), or
- A credit of your full registration fee which can be used for future event(s), workshops or training, or
- No refund will be provided for bookings/registrations
